How do I upload my photograph/s?

After completing your order at check out, please email your photos with your order reference to orders@charlotteandthefox.co.uk

Please also let me know if you have any background preferences at this stage.

Your chosen photo(s) should be high quality with good, natural lighting, taken at your pet's height. Make sure you capture all of your pet in the photo if possible.

Not sure if your photograph will be suitable?

If you are unsure or would like advice on your photo(s), please send an email prior to ordering to orders@charlotteandthefox.co.uk and I'll aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

How long will my order take?

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive a proof to your email. As always, I will aim to complete your order well within this timeframe, however there may be fluctuations depending on how many orders I have at one time.

If you would like your illustration for a special date, please contact me before ordering.
